Yes, you can. You can even pack the items bought from other websites/services.
This action could be done in "Warehouse", you can simulate it in "Warehouse", too.
Can I pick up my items directly?
No! All items must be shipped overseas.
How long can I store my items in Warehouse?
We offer a 30-day free storage. If your item exceeds this period, 500JPY are charged per item per week. Details here.

Tips for Item Price
Item Price should include Sales Tax.
Sales Tax in Japan is 8%.
税込 = Tax included
税抜 = Tax excluded
Example：
If 3000円(税抜) is shown on the seller's website, then you should input 3000 * (1 + 8%) = 3240.
*Note: your application will still pass even this value is wrong. We will correct it for you.
What if I buy multiple items?
If they come from the same URL, even with different properties(eg: colors), then input their total price and you must leave a message to us to indicate your choice such as size, color, quantity, etc.
If they come from different URLs, please submit the applications separately.
Our service fee is charged per URL.

Tips for Domestic shipping fee
Fill 0 if it is free shipping or you don't know the exact value.
We will confirm it later.
Your application will still pass even if the value you input is wrong, we will correct it for you.

How service fee is calculated?

x <= 2000JPY, service fee: 300JPY
2000JPY < x <= 5000JPY, service fee increases 12% * (x - 2000).
5000JPY < x <= 20000JPY, service fee increases 10% * (x - 5000).
x > 20000JPY, service fee increases 9% * (x - 20000).

What if price changed?
If the seller increased the price before we buy, we will notify you by Email and arrange for you to make an extra payment for the increasing part without any service fee.
In this case, you can cancel this application and if you paid, you will receive the full refund later.
If the price is reduced, you will get the refund of the reduced part.
